Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Premature infants treated in NICU ward (birth weight6); (2) Voluntary participation by family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Tremature infants with congenital diseases or inherited metabolic diseases; (2) The parents have the history of mental illness or the lower intelligence; (3) Premature infants receiving assisted breathing or tracheotomy; (4) Premature infants with severe infection and complications, and vital signs are extremely unstable.
