Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) male or female patients aged 18 to 50 years; 2) the defect area of the knee joint is more than 2 square centimeters and is less than 8 square centimeters; 3) patients voluntarily take part in clinical trials and sign informed consent to cooperate with clinical follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients who participated in other drug or medical device clinical trials in the past 6 months; 2) no allograft demineralized bone can be accepted for religious and ethnic problems; 3) the injured area is 8cm2, or around the injured normal cartilage tissue; 4) complex multiple ligaments injury; 5) systemic immunodeficiency or systemic infection; 6) joint fibrosis, ankylosis, and activity limitation; 7) moderate and severe osteoarthritis; 8) a contraindication for MRI examination; 9) hemophilia; 10) the general condition is not tolerable to the operator; 11) pregnant or planned pregnant women and breast-feeding women; 12) people with mental abnormality, non behavior and autonomy; 13) other cases that doctors considered can't take part in the experiment.
