18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients diagnosed with spinal metastatic tumor, with solitary spinal lesion or with certain responsible vertebrae in multiple-level spinal metastases; 2. Aged over 18 years; 3. life expectancy longer than 6 months; 4. patients with neurological deficits or spinal instability (SINS=6); 5. inform consent form signed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. primary spianl tumor; 2. patients with uncertain responsible vertebrae in multiple-level spinal metastases; 3. patients receiving revision of spinal tumor; 4. patients with poor general conditions, and those who are intolerance of operation, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and target therapy; 5. patients participating other RCTs.
