Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30–45 years (Famle); 2. According with the consensus of ESHRE on POR diagnosis in 2011[],at least two of the following three features must be present: (1) Advanced maternal age (=40 years) or any other risk factor for POR; (2) A previous POR (=3 oocytes with a conventional stimulation protocol); (3) An abnormal ovarian reserve test (i.e. AFC ,5-7 follicles or AMH,0.5-1.1 ng/ml). 3. Willingness to participate in this clinical trial and sign the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Partner with abnormal reproductive function; 2. Allergic or allergic to acupuncture; 3. Uterine abnormalities, blocked fallopian tubes and other reproductive organic lesions; 4. Have an incurable endocrine system disease; 5. Use of hormones or other drugs including Chinese herbs in the last three months which may affect the outcome; 6. Received acupuncture treatment related to low ovarian reaction within the past 2month; 7. Participating in other clinical research projects within the past 2 months.
