Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) voluntary enrollment with informed consent signed; 2) primary cervical cancer confirmed by biopsy; 3) FIGO staged as IB2 to IIA2 by gynecological examination or imaging (the 2009 cervical cancer Figo staging standard); 4) aged under 70 years old; 5) abide by the program requirements with will and determination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients who recieved previous cervical cancer treatment; 2) patients allergic to chemotherapy; 3) patients with severe hematological diseases or abnormalities; 4) patients with severe heart, kidney or liver dysfunction; 5) patients with active infection or other malignancies; 6) Inability to understand or follow research protocol due to cerebral or mental dysfunction; 7) Any cases in which the researchers think may increase the risk of the subjects or interfere the results of the test.
