Group A:the normal saline in the refrigerator was used to rinse eye, and the temperature was approximately 4 degree C
Group B:the normal saline at the room temperature was used to rinse eye

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This prospective comparative study included patients with myopia who underwent trans-PRK in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from May 1, 2018 to June 11th, 2018.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with connective tissue diseases, correlative systemic diseases, serious medical conditions, dry eye, active ocular disease, suspected corneal ectasia and keratoconus, corneal dystrophy or degeneration, retinal disease, previous ocular surgery and glaucoma were not considered candidates for surgery. Pregnant and lactating women were also excluded.
