Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative patients with acute deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs, less than 14 days, no pulmonary infarction occurred; 2. Patients aged between 18 and 75 had no evidence of severe underlying disease or thrombolytic contraindication; 3. Treatment with systemic or thrombolytic therapy; 4. Complete measurement data and angiographic data of lower limbs before and after treatment; 5. The surgical method was catheter thrombolysis + filter implantation. The postoperative diagnosis was deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs; 6. None of the patients had definite gastrointestinal dysfunction or severe malnutrition before surgery; 7. Agree to join the researcher.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Has anticoagulant thrombolytic contraindicated, including internal active bleeding Acute cerebrovascular accident serious trauma Severe hypertension during pregnancy and heart infective endocarditis in severe cerebrovascular disease and kidney function not entire suspicious thrombosis; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Postoperative pregnancy of tumor was caused by deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity; 4. Concomitant arterial disease; 5. Inflammation ulcer before operation; 6. Previous experience of gastrointestinal disease before surgery; 7. Use other drugs that affect gastrointestinal function other than conventional drugs; 8. Do not agree to join this study.
