Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed with arteriosclerosis obliterans in the lower extremities and Rutherford was classified as a grade 4 or above; 2. Patients aged between 40 and 75 had no serious underlying disease; 3. Lower limb arterial balloon dilatation (PTA)+ stent implantation was used; 4. Complete measurement data and angiographic data of lower limbs before and after treatment are available; 5. None of the patients had venous thrombosis before surgery; 6. Agree to join the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Has anticoagulant thrombolytic contraindicated, including internal active hemorrhage acute cerebrovascular accident serious trauma, severe hypertension during pregnancy and heart infective endocarditis in suspicious thrombus severe cerebrovascular disease and renal function not congruent; 2. epilepsy; 3. Complicated with venous thrombosis;?Do not agree to join this study.
