Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Cerebral infarction group: Hospitalized new or recurrent cerebral infarction patients within 48 hours of onset of the disease, who were diagnosed by skull CT and MRI examination, using TOAST classification of cerebral infarction etiological classification, only select the atherosclerosis type and Small artery occlusion type cerebral infarction patients. Control group: Normal people accepting physical examination in the medical center of our hospital during the same period, who no history of cerebrovascular disease and family history of cerebrovascular disease and no genetic history. People in control group have to have no blood relationship between the cerebral infarction group patients, and matched on gender and age each other.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) According to TOAST classification, other causes of cerebral infarction besides atherosclerosis and occlusion of small arteries; 2) Combined with severe organ failure (cardiac liver and kidney failure); 3) Combined severe respiratory infection Patients with other organs infected; 4) Patients with moderate or moderate anemia or coagulopathy or other severe hematological diseases; 5) Patients with severe endocrine diseases; 6) Patients with autoimmune system diseases; Cancer patients; 8) Reluctance to participate in the project.
