Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with the agreement of theirselve and their parents have received a full routine eye examination such as position of eyes, objective optometry and so on since 2017; 2. Children in Xuanhua primary school are aging from six to twelve years old (exa.July 2007 to June 2009); 3. Group One(including 160 children): spherical degree of myopia is from -0.50D to 4.00D (including -0.50D and -4.00D), differences between the two eyes in diopter of myopia is less than -1.00D, best corrected visual acuity =1.0; Group Two(including 160 children): -0.50D<spherical equivalent refraction<0.50D.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who had the history of use orthokeratology, long-term undertaking atropine, eye disease history as well as eye surgery are excluded; 2. Children suffering related eye and/or systemic diseases, such as strabismus, glaucoma are excluded.
