Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) mental and behavioral disorders; 2. Single use of clozapine, chlorpromazine, risperidone and olanzapine drugs, Do not adjust psychiatric drugs during treatment; 3. Aged from 18 to 60 years, gender is not limited; 4. Course is greater than or equal to 2 years; 5. PANSS score total score = 60 points; 6. Cooperating the relevant scale assessment; 7. Obtain patients and their families Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having received MECT treatment within one month before enrollment; 2. With severe physical diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and other endocrine diseases; 3. History of epilepsy, history of cerebral disease and trauma; Mental retardation; 4. Spirit History of active substance abuse and dependence; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Had a history of impulsivity, violence, or suicidal behavior.
