Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-30 years; 2. Regular menstrual bleeding (Cycle length: between 21-45 days); 3. Diameter of unilateral ovarian cysts: 4-10cm; 4. Normal preoperative level of serum tumor markers; 5. Benign ovarian tumor of intraoperative rapid frozen pathology; 6. Not pregnant and no intention in the following six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any suspicious finding of malignant ovarian diseases; 2. Ovarian endometrial cyst; 3. Ovarian, uterine, tubal surgery history; 4. Endocrine disease and therapy history; 5. Severe medical or surgical complications; 6. Smoking.
