A:inject 80ml 0.25% ropivacaine into the deep and superficial fascia
B:inject 80ml 0.25% ropivacaine into the full layer
C:No local infiltration anesthesia

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. primary total hip arthroplasty; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. ASA I to III;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous surgery of the hip joint; 2. knownallergy, intolerance,dependence to or counter-indication for drugs used in the protocol; 3. refusal to participate or lack of mental ability to provide informed written consent; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. general contraindication to surgery; 6. pregnancy or breastfeeding.
