18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-65 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I to III, BMI less than 35kg/m2, fasting time more than 8 hours and stop gastrointestinal motility drug for three days before examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a history of upper gastrointestinal surgery, labour, diabetes, a hemorrhage of digestive tract in nearly one month, gastroesophageal reflux disease and severe mental illness.
