Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old male and female; 2. Be diagnosed as psoriasis, PASI score>7, and skin lesions account for 10% in human body surface area; 3. Volunteer to participate in this test and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with erythrodermic, articular and pustular psoriasis; 2. Patients are diagnosed as other active skin diseases that may affect the evaluation; 3. Received systematic treatment of other research drugs, biological agents and immunosuppressive agents in 1 month; 4. patients are treated with glucocorticoid, coal tar and phototherapy in 2 weeks; 5. During severe uncontrolled infections; 6. A history of hepatitis b or c, or HIV antibody positive; 7. A history of severe systemic disease or malignant tumor; 8. Women who are pregnant, nursing and have a family planning policy in 2 years; 9. Other conditions that the researchers considered inappropriate for participation in the study.
