Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Any glaucoma patients 2) Age > 50 years 3) Able to sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe heart, lung, or kidney disease, severe vision loss which may prevent them from exercising; 2) Patients who self-report walking 12,000 steps or more per day.
