Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male with aged between 17-22 years; 2. College athletes have participated in sports training more than 3 years; 3. BMF: 100-150KG; 4. BME: 90-180 seconds 5. BMI: 18.5=BMI<24.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The participants who cannot obey the instructions of the experiment; 2. Scare or do not agree to have blood tested; 3. Having been in any form of psychological treatment; 4. Back muscle dysfunctions (such as Myofascial pain syndrome, and back muscle strain); 5. Having a history of spine diseases (such as the herniated intervertebral disc, ankylosing spondylitis, and Lumbar bone hyperplasia); 6. With back injury in the last 6 months; 7. Smoking in the last 1 week; 8. Drink alcohol in the last 1 week; 9. With current health problems.
