Interventions

Ultrasound-guided spine block group (E):Before the induction of anesthesia, 30ml of 0.35% ropivacaine was injected into the erector spinae plane at T9 level on both sides under ultrasound guidance.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing radical gastrectomy under general anesthesia were selected; ASA I-II; aged 40-80 years; ethical, voluntary and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe spine deformity; puncture site infection; anticoagulant therapy; morbid obesity (BMI> 40kg/m2); local anesthetic drug allergy; severe heart and lung disease; liver and kidney dysfunction; patients with mental illness, speech and communication disorders
