Case series:gather blood to detect histone

Eligibility

Age

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old; 2. diognosis upper ureteral calculi, and prepared to get ureteroscopy lithotripsy; 3. peripheral veins can tolerate vein detained needle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. infected before surgery (fever, WBC count increase, et al), or have infect of other system; 2. coagulopathy, and have not been interfered; 3. serve trauma of any position; 4. use drug, injection, surgery in 3 months; 5. used to suffer from thrombi, serve trauma and surgery, blood disease, cancer; 6. in menstrual period or suckling period.
