Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged = 60 years old; (2) living in the community for at least 1 year; (3) choosing home care for the elderly; (4) participating in this study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) people with obvious audio-visual, cognitive and mental disorders; (2) patients with severe or terminal diseases can not complete this study.
