18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 18 years; 2. Ischemic stroke patients; 3. Onset = 7 days; 4. Complete clinical and imaging data, including MRI of the brain needs at least T1WI, T2WI, DWI, ADC sequence; 5. patients or family members signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, TIA; 2. cognitive dysfunction before stroke (IQCODE> 50); 3. NIHSS score of 15 on discharge; 4. severe intelligence, Visual acuity, hearing impairment, etc.; 5. Incomplete clinical and imaging data; 6. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency and malignant tumors; 7. Refused to sign informed consent.
