Case series:First line: Intravenous immunoglobulin and ocorticoid treatment
second line: depends on the Rankins score and by Rituximab or cyclic lindamides, or Mycophenolate or azathioprine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) There are autoimmune encephalitis related neurologic and psychiatric symptoms, 2) autoimmune encephalitis antibody test was positive in blood and cerebrospinal fluid (anti NMDAR, AMPA1, AMPA2, LGI1, CASPR2, GABA antibody), and diagnosis of autoimmune encephalitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who can not cooperate with treatment or follow-up.
