Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with western medicine diagnosis and TCM syndrome differentiation criteria; 2. Aged 18-80 years old; 3. The left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) 50mm, and nt-probnp >900ng/L are satisfied with at least one of the following items.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction leads to heart failure (ALT > normal value 3 times, Scr > 221 mol/L); 2. Patients with serious poisoning or malignant tumor, etc.; 3. Women who are pregnant, lactating or have a pregnancy plan; 4. Suspected or definite allergy to test drugs; 5. Other clinical researchers within 3 months; 6. Any preparation containing the same ingredients as this medicine will be administered within 1 month; 7. All landowners who can increase the mortality of factors, such as cardiac shock, severe ventricular arrhythmia, obstruction type of cardiomyopathy, valvular disease not repair, constrictive pericarditis, cardiac tamponade, pulmonary embolism, and acute myocardial infarction, etc., should not be selected.
