Interventions

real acupoints group:Acupuncture at bilateral Zusanli, Shangjuxu and Tianshu points once a day for 10 times in two weeks
sham acupoints group:Acupuncture at 6 non-acupoints once a day for 10 times in two weeks
drug treatment group:Oral Polyethylene Glycol 4000 Powder (Fusong) 10mg once a day before bedtime for a total of 10 times in two weeks
waiting-list group:No acupuncture or drug intervention within the study period

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Right handedness; 2. 20 to 40 years of age; 3. To be with FC confirmed by diagnostic criteria Rome IV; 4. No organic disease in the abdomen; 5. No gastrointestinal prokinetic agent was taken before at least 15 days before entering the study, not participating in other clinical investigation; 6. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with consciousness or mental illness; 2. Suffering from progressive malignant tumors or other seriously wasting diseases; 3. Suffering from cardiovascular, digestive, urinary, hematopoietic system diseases and other serious primary diseases; 4. Diabetes patients; 5. Pregnant woman or plan to pregnant, or during lactation; 6. Suffering from mental disorders including major depressive disorder, anxiety disorder; 7. Female patients with severe dysmenorrhea; 8. Accompanied by obvious headache, migraine, or have a history of head trauma.
