Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of spinal deformity (scoliosis >40°, or thoracic kyphosis>60°, or thoracolumbar kyphosis>20°, or lumbar kyphosis); 2. Posterior single-segment spinal osteotomy for the thoracolumbar spine; 3. ASA I-II grade, and good heart function; 4. Aged 18-65 years, Weight=50kg; 5. Hb=130g/L, PLT count (100-450)x10^9/L and good function, WBC count (4-10)x10^9/L; Patients and their families; 6. signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous spinal surgery or patients undergoing revision surgery; 2. Inhibitors of bone marrow hematopoietic function; 3. Severely abnormal blood coagulation; 4. History of epilepsy; 5. Bacteremia patients; 6. Severe blood donor response.
