Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) subjective and objective examinations with mild cognitive impairment; (2) Decline in cognitive function(complex attention, executive function, learning and memory,language, perception-activity,social cognition) in one or more areas; (3) the ability of daily living is not affected; (4) not reach the diagnosis criteria of dementia; (5) Rule out other systemic diseases that can cause brain function decline; (6) MOCA scores range from 22 to 26.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) brain tumors; (2) Parkinson's disease; (3) other severe or unstable internal diseases which can affect brain function or influence the assessment of cognitive function; (4) history of acute cerebrovascular disease within 3 months; (5) current diagnosis of active epilepsy; (6) patients diagnosed with dementia at baseline; (7) patients with severe sensory disturbances that could not complete cognitive function tests; (8) depression,mania,delirium,anxiety and other mental illness history.
