Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged = 18 years; 2) Performance status ECOG 0-2; 3) Histologically proven diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (T0-2N0-2M0, according to AJCC 8th edition); 4) Participants with operable tumors will receive surgical treatment with either lobectomy or segmentectomy plus mediastinal nodal dissection; 5) Participants evaluated by radiation oncologists and deemed eligible for stereotactic radiotherapy (SBRT) to the lung tumor; 6) Participant or legal representative must understand the investigational nature of this study and sign an Independent Ethics Committee/Institutional Review Board approved written informed consent form prior to receiving any study related procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous radiotherapy to the lung or mediastinum. 2) Previous targeted therapy, chemotherapy or any other investigational agents; 3) Subjects who are unable to tolerate SBRT or operation are excluded, such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, severe coagulant disease, severe liver disease and so on; 4) Previous surgery for lung or mediastinum; 5) Pregnant or nursing female participants; 6) Unwilling or unable to follow protocol requirements.
