Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) No the history of otoendoscopic surgery; 2) ASA grade I-II; 3) Otoendoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 4) Aged between 18 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of external auditory canal injury; 2) History of coronary artery disease, bleeding disorders, and kidney disease; 3) Patients who refuse to sign informed consent.
