Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients met the revised criteria of the Amerian college of Rheumatology for Knee Osteoarthritis; 2. Aged between 40 to 70 years; 3. K-L score II and III; 4. The body can withstand muscle strength training; 5. Sign informed consent and complete the whole process of treatment and evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Once received a lower extremities surgery; 2. With a sprain or other trauma in the lower extremities; 3. Suffering from other lower extremity diseases in such as the ankle and (or) hip joint; 4. With rheumatoid arthritis , gouty arthritis and other knee joint disease; 5. With central and peripheral nervous system disease; 6. With severe hypertension, diabetes and other medical diseases affecting the lower extremity balance function; 7. Can not complete the treatment and assessment for other factors.
