16 Years to 54 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18~64 years; 2. To be diagnosed as liver cirrhosis by liver biopsy; 3. Be able to read words and answer questions correctly; 4. the time of hospitalization was more than 1 weeks; 5. complete the digital connection test (NCT-A) and digital sign test (DST) and obtain the diagnosis results of occult hepatic encephalopathy; 6. the signing of the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients as diagnosed over hepatic encephalopathy at admission; 2. patients with cognitive impairments such as neuropsychological or psychiatric disorders; 3. there are difficulties in diagnosis of covert hepatic encephalopathy, such as difficulty in understanding and visual impairment.
