Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the latest classification criteria of acute leukemia in WHO, the proportion of primary/primary cell lymphocytes in bone marrow smears=20% is diagnosed and fusion gene positive is diagnosed; in bone marrow smear, the proportion of primary/imma cell lymphocytes =30% is definitely diagnosed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have been treated before this study; (2) have hemorrhagic lesions in the brain; (3) have developmental malformations in the brain; (4) With metabolic disorders; (5) with MR claustrophobia.
