60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. HZ within 7 days after onset of the rash; 2. dermatome between T2-T10; 3. aged older than 60 year; 4. willingness to comply with the allocated treatment and follow-up measurements

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. coagulation abnormalities; 2. infection of the skin overlying the vertebra of the affected dermatome; 3. psychiatric diseases; 4. allergy to lidocaine or betamethasone; 5. known serious immune disorders; 6. installed pacemaker.
