18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Body temperature exceeds 38 degrees for 7 days; 2. No effective anti-infective therapy for more than 5 days after experience or according to bacterial culture results. Aged 18 years or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The pathogen of infection has been identified by culture or PCR before admission; 2. Non-infectious diseases have been identified through pathology and other diagnostic methods before admission
