Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis for type 2 diabetes (WHO 1999 diagnostic criteria); (2) The initial dose of liraglutide is 0.6 mg daily, and after at least one week, the dose is increased to 1.2 mg; the starting dose of exenatide is 5 µg each time, twice daily, and the dose can be increased to 10 µg each time after at least one week,tid; (3) The original hypoglycemic regimen is unchanged and GLP-1 receptor agonists are added; (4) Patients who first use GLP-1 receptor agonists; (5) Aged 18-80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) Patients who are allergic to this type of drugs; (3) Patients with a history of pancreatitis; (4) Patients with severely impaired liver and kidney function; (5) Patients with severe gastrointestinal disorders; (6) Type 1 diabetes.
