Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute cholecystitis and biliary obstruction conditions; 2. Failed in medical therapy; 3. Lost the opportunities of surgical therapy for personal reasons or beyond the indication in acute cholecystitis patients, or with ERCP treatment failure in biliary obstruction patients; 4. Signed informed consent form and willing to receive endoscopic minimally invasive treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious lung and heart conditions; 2. Severe tendency of haemorrhage; 3. Poor conditions with massive ascites; 4. Suspected gangrene or perforation of the gallbladder, and the peritonitis; 5. Incompletely visualized gallbladder or bile ducts during the operation, or without a proper puncture route and so on
