50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No history of dementia; no history of major cerebral infarction; Aged from 50-80years; The Han nationality, right-handedness; Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With the organic disease of the brain and severe somatic disease; With the history of coma after brain trauma; Woman with pregnancy or lactation period; With a history of seizures or with a family history of epilepsy; Received drugs in 6 hours before MRI scan; Exclusion of other diseases; With contraindications of MRI scan.
