Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with esophageal cancer, aged from 30-65 years, ASA 1-2, BMI 18-25 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative anemia: male Hb37.5 degree C; 3. Patients with pulmanry ventilation dysfunction before operation; 4. Preoperative pulmonary infection, bronchial asthma or airway hyperresponsiveness; 5. Previous history of thoracic surgery; 6. Cardiac function grade 2 or above; 7. Hypertension, preoperative systolic blood pressure>140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure>90 mmHg; 8. Preoperative congenital heart disease, valvular disease, coronary heart disease, arrhythmia; 9. Central nervous system disease, stroke history; 10. Complicated with liver insufficiency and renal insufficiency; 11. History of preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
