36 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with mild essential hypertension (grade 1); 2. diagnosed with essential hypertension and with unsatisfying control of blood pressure (140mmHg<systolic blood pressure<160mmHg and/or 90mmHg<diastolic blood pressure<100mmHg) despite taking antihypertensive drugs; 3. Aged between 18-75 years; 4. Knew the process of the trial and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other disorders or limb dysfunction, mental disorders, unable to carry out acupoints massage or poor compliance; 2. Pregnancy or who are preparing for pregnancy in the near future; 3. Participate in other clinical trials; 4. Skin lesions (eg, inflammation, rash) or impaired integrity of skin at the treated area.
