Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I~III, class 20~85 years old, the patients undergoing elective CEA in Xuanwu hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: In the 3 months before the operation of new onset acute myocardial infarction; operative within 1 months before the onset of unstable angina; the heart function NYHA grade III ~ IV; the first half of the month of onset cerebral infarction / stroke; and there is obvious dysfunction of liver and kidney; the preoperative Hgb < 90g/L; fasting blood glucose 7.0mmol/L, 2h postprandial blood glucose, blood pressure, 180/110mmHg and 11.0mmol/L.
