Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The BMI is greater than or equal to 28 kg/m2, and the waist circumference is greater than 90 cm for males and 85 cm for females; 2. String is not currently involved in any other related test program; 3. All volunteers volunteered to participate in the experiment and read and sign informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or severe gastrointestinal diseases; 2. Parliamentary kidney function is significantly abnormal; 3. Medications related to lipid-lowering and glycemic control, such as insulin, glucocorticoids, or weight-loss drugs, need to be taken in the short term; 4. Women who are pregnant or nursing; 5. Individuals allergic to test samples; 6. Failure to comply with inclusion criteria, poor compliance or incomplete medical records may affect the outcome of the observation.
