Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 40~70 year old patients with unilateral knee osteoarthritis; (2) conforms to the diagnostic standard of Chinese and Western medicine; (3) the X - ray condition accords with the above classification standard and belongs to the 0 - III class. (4) Exclude people with systemic diseases such as cardiovascular and diabetes; (5) Those who have not been treated or taken other drugs in other ways in the last half of the month; (6) The voluntary testing, good compliance, and agreed to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients younger than 40 years old or older than 70 years of knee osteoarthritis; (2) does not conform to the patients who have been included in the broken standard; (3) patients with pregnancy or lactation; (4) patients with important organ dysfunction or mental and mental disorders; (5) Patients with knee joint diseases such as metabolic, infectious, congenital and traumatic; (6) The skin damage, ulceration, local infection to patients by acupoint injection; (7) Unable to follow or not agree to participate in this study; (8) Participating in other clinical trials.
