Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) There has been a history of one or more falls in the past three years, and the injuries caused by falls have been healed. Or there are those who have a tendency to fall. In the past 3 years, one or more than one misbalanced state appeared to have fallen; (2) Aged 60-80 years old male and female, consciousness is clear, and to be able to walk independently; (3) Those who voluntarily to join this experiment and sign the "informed consent form"; (4) Those who have not received anti-fall training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with neurological diseases (such as vestibular lesions, cerebellar lesions, central vertigo, etc.), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral embolism in recent 6 months), eye diseases, and other medical conditions may be A subject who causes balance dysfunction that causes the elderly to fall. Seriously life-threatening primary diseases (such as chronic heart failure, chronic pulmonary failure, renal failure, tumors, etc.) and psychosis (such as psychological disorders, cognitive dysfunction, etc.); (2) Severe bone and joint diseases (such as episodes of lumbar disc herniation, severe osteoporosis, etc.) affect patients with limb function; (3) Those who fell repeatedly more than 10 times in the past year; (4) At the same time accept other related treatment and fall prevention exercise program.
