18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Surgical type: elective general anesthesia combined with brachial plexus blockade analgesia shoulder joint ligament rupture repair surgery patients; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 3. ASA I or II level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. brachial plexus injury; 2. Consolidate severe cardiovascular disease; 3. Allergy to the drug used in the trial; 4. Infection at the puncture site; 5. understand the obstacles (can not understand the pain assessment method); 6. Recent history of opioid use.
