Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male or female patients, 18-80 years of age, diagnosed with POAG combined with cataract, unable to control IOP or intolerant with local anti-glaucoma medications were enrolled. Patients were schedule to undergo ABiC combined with phacoemulsification.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with allergy to any of the study medications, history of ocular trauma or any intraocular operation, narrow angle (Schaffer III or IV), secondary glaucoma, optic nerve atrophy due to other causes, or history of serious systemic disease were excluded. Patients who were initially included were excluded if they had intraoperative or severe postoperative complications. Women who were pregnant or lactating were not permitted to be in the study.
