Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-70 years; 2. Meeting the standard of abnormal glucose tolerance: fasting venous plasma glucose < 7.0mmol/L, 7.8mmol/L = 2h plasma glucose after 75g OGTT < 11.1mmol/L; 3. Fasting venous plasma glucose = 5.6mmol/L; 4. Willing to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women in pregnancy or lactation; 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) < 18.5kg/m2; 3. Serious heart, liver, kidney and other complications, or combined with other serious primary diseases, mental patients; 4. Abnormal blood glucose by other causes; 5. Allergy to related drugs during treatment.
