40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged 40-80 years; 2. patients with COPD or chronic bronchitis or emphysema; 3. patients with persistent airflow limitation (post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC 40 mmHg measured by echocardiography at sea level; 5. The subjects should be volunteers and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who participated in another clinical trial in last 3 months; 2. Patients with other chronic respiratory diseases, such as lung cancer, pulmonary tuberculosis, pneumonia, interstitial lung disease and bronchiectasis and so on; 3. Left ventricular ejection fraction lower than 45% measured by echocardiography; 4. Refusal or failure to cooperate or to attend the examinations in the study.
