Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. High and low complexity anal fistula except subcutaneous fistula. And the anal fistula with a definite nonspecific infection of the inner mouth; 2. Aged between 18 and 65 years; 3. Observe and treat the researchers with good compliance and voluntary participation; 4. Sign operation consent and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those aged under 18 or over 65; Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Severe diseases such as cardiovascular, liver and kidney system, and hematopoietic system; Psychotic; 3. Patients with anorectal tumor, crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis; 4. Anal fistula has been operated on for recurrence; 5. Eliminate scarring.
