Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Normal subjects; (2) Patients diagnosed as thyroid associated ophthalmopathy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) age less than 18 years or more than 80 years old; 2) pregnant women and breast-feeding women; 3) with the history of systemic and inflammatory diseases 4) systemic or topical glucocorticoids or immunosuppressive agents were used within 6 months; 5) the history of anterior segment diseases such as dry eye, conjunctivitis, meibomian gland dysfunction, allergic eye disease, pterygium, corneal dystrophy, uveitis, and the use of eye drops within 3 months; 6) the history of ocular trauma and the history of ocular surgery.
