Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nonspecific low back pain patients 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for non-specific low back pain; 2. Adults, age 20-55 years old; 3. Visual Analog Scale (VAS) = 30/100; 4. Those who voluntarily joined the study and signed the "informed consent"; Health volunteer inclusion criteria 1. Healthy adults, ages 20 to 55; 2. Have the complete required imaging data; 3. Can correctly understand the requirements of researchers and cooperate with research; 4. Signing of informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-specific low back pain exclusion criteria and rejection criteria 1. History of spinal surgery and history of severe trauma; 2. Spinal trauma, tumors, infections, fistulas and other patients; 3. nerve root compression, ankylosing spondylitis, lumbar spinal stenosis, non-lumbosacral joint development and other diseases that cause low back pain; 4. Combine cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic, digestive, endocrine, urinary system and other serious diseases, gynecological diseases, autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases, and acute and chronic infections and psychosis; 5. Patients with osteoporosis; 6. Pregnancy and lactation women; 7. Reluctance to join the tester; 8. Other conditions that the researcher considers inappropriate to participate in the study; ?Exclusion criteria 1. Reluctance to continue to participate in research for various reasons in the research process; 2. Cannot fully understand the various research-related issues provided by researchers; 3. The various inspections in the research process cannot be completed as required; Health volunteer exclusion criteria and rejection criteria 1. History of spinal trauma, tumors, infections, fistulas; 2. Definite diagnosis of sciatica or obvious symptoms of the root; 3. Patients with osteoporosis; 4. History of spinal surgery, or other history of musculoskeletal disorders, respiratory, neurological disorders, diabetes or other metabolic disorders, and other conditions that the investigator considers inappropriate to participate in the study 5. There are other persons who meet the diagnostic criteria for non-specific low back pain; Exclusion criteria: 1. Reluctance to continue to participate in research for various reasons in the research process; 2. The full range of forms and questionnaires provided by the researcher cannot be fully understood;
