Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 40-80 years; 2. Patients with PH, defined as an increase in mean pulmonary arterial pressure (mPAP) =25 mmHg with pulmonary arterial wedge pressure (PAWP) =15mmHg at rest as assessed by right heart catheterization at sea level according to 2015 ESC/ERS Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary hypertension; 3. The subjects should be volunteers and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who participated in another clinical trial in last 3 months; 2. Patients with other chronic respiratory diseases, such as lung cancer, pulmonary tuberculosis, pneumonia, interstitial lung disease and bronchiectasis and so on; 3. Left ventricular ejection fraction lower than 45% measured by echocardiography; 4. PH patients with other causes rather than COPD; 5. Refusal or failure to cooperate or to attend the examinations in the study.
